Shipping policy

Order Processing 

All orders must be received between 8:00am - 3pm/pt (excluding weekends and holidays). Any orders received outside these hours will be processed the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping and delivery dates

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. If we are unable to ship products within the time specified or thirty (30) days of a properly completed order, we may request your consent to a delay in shipping. Absent this consent, we will cancel your order and provide a refund, including shipping fees, within seven (7) working days.

Accurate delivery address

It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information. We will not be liable if you supply us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Rio Rancho Super Mall, 25211 Sunnymead Boulevard e1, Moreno Valley, CA 92553. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30am-5:30pm on Monday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
