A: We specialize in DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, embroidery, airbrush, and photo transfer. Let us know what style you're going for, and we’ll make it happen.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Nope! We accept single custom pieces as well as bulk orders. Whether you need one shirt or 100, we’ve got you covered.

Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: You can visit us in-store, contact us via email or phone, or send us your artwork and request through our website's contact form. We'll guide you through the process.


Turnaround & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to complete my order?
A: Most custom orders are ready within 3–7 business days depending on the order size and complexity. Rush services may be available—contact us for details.

Q: Do you ship orders?
A: Yes! We offer both local pickup and nationwide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


Artwork & File Submission

Q: What type of files do you accept?
A: For best results, please send your artwork in high-resolution formats such as PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, or PSD.

Q: Can you help me design my artwork?
A: Absolutely. We offer basic graphic design support and mockups to bring your ideas to life.


Payments & Policies

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash in-store.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing your custom work.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Since our items are made to order, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with quality or a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
