Refund policy
We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused, we all make mistakes. But give us a chance to make it right. With our exchange and refund policy, we hope to accommodate you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All of our direct-to-garment print items such as t-shirts have a 4-day exchange or refund policy. The 4-day exchange or refund policy takes effect upon delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at customizestreetwear@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
By sending a damaged item back that was not caused by Customize Street Wear you will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange. Any visible signs of item/s being used will automatically be disqualified for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom airbrush items unless Customize Street Wear is at fault.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
In order to have returns processed as quickly as possible, please return the item you have, and order another once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
